Refund Policy

WorldCast Live. (the Company) will offer full refund for all services purchased from the Company if a customer cancels the service purchased and requests a refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance of the service purchased. Otherwise, the Company will only offer full refund for all services the Company offers due to non-performance of the services that is not due to any fault of the customer who purchased the service.

To initiate a refund, the customer must write to the Company, requesting a refund or cancellation. All written communication must be directed to billing@worldcastlive.com.
